Delivery

  • Please allow up to 3-4 business days for delivery, WA,NT and remote locations allow 7-14 days delivery
  • We use various freight companies to ship out orders , we will notify you with a tracking number once order is sent
  • Your order will be dispatched within 48 hours ( Metered cable cuts will require upto 5 Business days)  , if for some reason we are unable to dispatch due to supplier stock issue we will contact you and make other arrangements for your order. Please note that we also send out items from various state locations which could cause some dispatch delays.
  • Upon receiving order ,any missing item needs to emailed within 24 hours of date of receipt

Warranty / Returns

  • NO RETURNS on per metre cables.
  • All items purchased from our  store come with a Seven (7) Day Peace of Mind Return Policy.
  • If the return is due to incompatibility or change of mind, shipping is at buyers expense.
  • If the return is due to wrong goods shipped, faulty or DOA goods, shipping is at CablePro expense.
  • All goods returned must be in a saleable condition (not opened or damaged goods accepted).
  • All goods returned after 7 Days shipping is at buyers expense.
  • All goods returned for warranty after 7 days is at buyers expense both ways.
  • All products available on this site must be installed by a licensed electrical tradesman / technician.

Damaged / Faulty Goods

If you find that the goods were damaged in transit or were faulty in some manner, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the goods. We will organise for the return of the goods and arrange a credit towards your next purchase or send a replacement product. Customer will incur the cost of return postage and be credited the purchase price only. We recommend that you return your unwanted items using registered post or trackable courier. We can not be held responsible if returned items are lost in transit.

  • A non-paying buyer claim will be initiated against the buyer if payment has not been made within 4 days of sale date
