  •  Buyer is responsible for all Postage fees and handling fees
  • Goods will not be sent until paid in full
  • All goods are shipped within 48 hours of payment received (except Weekends & Public Holidays)
  • **A surcharge may be payable on some heavy or bulky items to some locations.**

Warranty / Returns

  • All items purchased from our  store come with a Seven (7) Day Peace of Mind Return Policy.
  • If the return is due to incompatibility or change of mind, shipping is at buyers expense.
  • If the return is due to wrong goods shipped, faulty or DOA goods, shipping is at CablePro expense.
  • All goods returned must be in a saleable condition (not opened or damaged goods accepted).
  • All goods returned after 7 Days shipping is at buyers expense.
  • All goods returned for warranty after 7 days is at buyers expense both ways.

Product warranties are governed by the respective manufacturers and / or suppliers warranty terms and conditions (available on request). We will not be liable to you or any third party for any loss suffered due to product failure. We will process product warranty claims through the respective manufacturers and/or suppliers.
